An intensive workshop in the techniques of acting and auditioning for film, television and commercials, this is no ordinary acting camp. The Summer Intensive is intended to develop acting skills and provide a complete industry overview at the same time. Students can expect scene study, commercials, improv and audition technique, plus mock auditions, guest instructors and casting director workshops.

Biz Studio classes are very small (6 students) to maximize individual attention. Students spend the class working on-camera in a simulated audition environment at Shoreline Casting Studios. Students work with current audition scripts, and class is fast paced and interactive. Class work is uploaded onto the website daily so that you (and your agent) can track your progress.

Classes are typically a mix of working actors and new actors. Although we have many working actors studying with us, no experience is required to participate in one of our acting programs. Unrepresented students are included in our online showcase for talent agents, and students regularly find representation after taking one or more classes.

Workshops are always subject to availability, and the best casting directors are always busy. Each intensive will include at least one casting director workshop and one guest workshop, in addition to the full week’s training schedule.

Cancellation Policy: students who cancel a minimum of two weeks prior to the start of the class will be refunded 100% of their course fee. Students cancelling after the deadline will be refunded 50% of their course fee.
