Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If you request a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase, and at least two weeks before the start of your class or workshop, we will refund the purchase in full, minus a $20 processing fee. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, or if it is less than two weeks before the start of your class or workshop, we can’t offer you a full refund.

Once we receive your request we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
