Intensives are a fantastic way for students to internalize new skills by doing a deep dive, getting notes, and coming right back and doing it again the next day. Over the five days students will work intensively on audition and acting skills, exploring practice scripts from real auditions and working towards a deeper understanding of story, character, and hopefully themselves. All of the acting work is recorded on-camera, including multiple "mock auditions", and the week will culminate in a "mock callback" and workshop with casting director Candice Elzinga, one of Vancouver's busiest and most experienced casting directors.
